Terms of Service

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries relating to payments and handles returns, refunds, chargebacks, billing, invoicing, and applicable tax collection. Payment terms, billing mechanics, cancellations, and refund handling are additionally governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy.

Verifyr provides document verification, data extraction, and integrity checking tools across four pillars: news and digital media integrity, invoice and financial auditing, mathematical validation and document verification, and general PDF and document intelligence. Results are provided as machine-generated outputs and should be reviewed before acting on them.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

• Do not upload documents you do not have the legal right to process.
• Do not use the Services to build unlawful profiles, conduct fraud, or impersonate others.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass usage limits of the Services.
• Do not use the Services to violate export controls, sanctions, or other applicable law.

Paid plans (Pro, Growth, Enterprise) are billed in advance on the interval shown at checkout. All orders are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record; Paddle collects payment, remits applicable taxes, and issues invoices. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Additional payment, billing, and tax terms are set out in the Paddle Buyer Terms referenced above.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting Paddle at paddle.net; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with our Refund Policy and the Paddle Refund Policy.

You retain all rights to the documents and data you submit ("Your Content"). You grant Verifyr a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the Services (for example, to run verification and return results). We do not use Your Content to train general-purpose models without your explicit consent.

The Services may connect to third-party tools you choose to enable (such as Make.com or Paddle). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or behavior.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Verifyr does not guarantee that verification results are complete, error-free, or suitable for any specific legal, financial, or regulatory decision. You are responsible for human review of results before relying on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verifyr and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms or if we are required to by law. You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
